He is survived by daughter Tiffani; son Halford D. III; former wife Stephanie; father Halford J.C. Sr.; sisters Maeliette "Mae" Amana, Novette Dancy, Antoinette "Toni" Chartrand and Shannaliette Forman; brother Kalford; and two grandchildren. Services: 8 a.m. to noon today at Radisson Kauai Beach Resort in the Orchid and Hibiscus rooms. Additional services and burial at a later date in Hilo. Casual attire. No flowers for Kauai services.
