Duro, Clark lead the way for
University against Punahou

John Duro scored 17 points and Alfred Clark added 16 points as University upset second-ranked Punahou 56-52 in Interscholastic League of Honolulu play last night at Damien.

The Jr. 'Bows put up 25 points in the fourth quarter after trailing by as many as eight after the second half and hitting only one 3-pointer to Punahou's seven.

Jeremiah Ostrowski scored a game-high 26 points and dropped four 3-pointers in a losing effort for Punahou.

Ryan Dela Cruz scored six of his 12 points during a key third-quarter run as the Hurricanes defeated the Rams.

Down by one at halftime, Kapolei changed its defense and went on a 20-4 run in the third quarter to seal the game.

Bradley Padayao led the Hurricanes with 14 points.

Gary Satterwhite scored 14 points to lead the Rams.
