The Palama woman had been reported missing Dec. 10. Her body was found Saturday on an experimental livestock farm. Neighbors and acquaintances said Pablico-Davis was pregnant and had another baby about a year old.

Homicide detectives are investigating her death and are asking for the public's help, particularly anyone who might have seen her after Dec. 3. The Medical Examiner's Office has not yet determined a cause of death.

Pablico-Davis was last seen leaving her mother's house on Pua Lane about 9 p.m. Dec. 3 and was reported missing a week later. She was reported to be emotionally distraught, police said.

Workers discovered what appeared to be a partial burial of a body at the University of Hawaii Waialee Livestock Research Farm at 58-160 Kamehameha Highway, police said. The discovery was made after a foul odor was smelled in an area sometimes grazed by sheep, police said.

Pablico-Davis' mother declined comment, saying she needed time to grieve.

Neighbor Wilmer Baniaga described Pablico-Davis as quiet and said he would see her often walking with her boyfriend.

"She's a beautiful girl," said another neighbor, who asked not to be named. "They're good kids," she said of Pablico-Davis and her two siblings.

Leila Akana, who works at Palama Settlement, said Pablico-Davis would often "play pool, watch TV and hang outside" with her sister. She also had attended classes at Palama Settlement Center for at-risk youths.

Anyone with information concerning Pablico-Davis is asked to call Detective Kathy Osmond at 529-3080 or can call CrimeStoppers at 955-8300, *CRIME on a cell phone.
