Tadashi Roll1 sheet noriSteamed white rice Wasabi and Tadashi's Secret Sauce (available from Tadashi Restaurant), to taste Filling: Sliced cucumbers, radish sprouts, organic baby greens, sliced avocado, fresh Alaskan crab meat, sliced salmon, cooked shrimp Tobiko, for garnish Layer nori with cucumber, radish sprouts and greens. Then add crab meat, salmon and shrimp. Top with avocado. Roll mixture up into a sushi roll with rice on outside. Press seam to seal. Spread tobiko over outside of roll. Slice to serve.
