[ HAWAII'S KITCHEN ]

Roll it up, inside-out

This dish was prepared by Curtis Chanthabandith of Tadashi Restaurant on "Hawaii's Kitchen" Sunday. The show airs at 5:30 p.m. on KHON/Fox. All the recipes from the show are available at www.suresave.com.

Tadashi Roll

1 sheet nori
Steamed white rice
Wasabi and Tadashi's Secret Sauce (available from Tadashi Restaurant), to taste
Filling: Sliced cucumbers, radish sprouts, organic baby greens, sliced avocado, fresh Alaskan crab meat, sliced salmon, cooked shrimp
Tobiko, for garnish

Place nori flat on a sushi mat. Spread with rice. Flip nori over so rice is on the bottom and spread a line of wasabi in down the center. Top with secret sauce.

Layer nori with cucumber, radish sprouts and greens. Then add crab meat, salmon and shrimp. Top with avocado.

Roll mixture up into a sushi roll with rice on outside. Press seam to seal.

Spread tobiko over outside of roll. Slice to serve.
