Jean Wagner, a visitor from Pennsylvania, sat at Ala Moana Beach Park yesterday enjoying the late-afternoon view of spectacular cloud formations. The clouds are expected to dump rain on the islands today and tomorrow. The Big Island was under a flash-flood watch yesterday and today. For all islands the National Weather Service forecasts potentially heavy rain and isolated thunderstorms starting this afternoon and continuing through tomorrow.
