Turkeys to go

Diamond Head Market & Grill: Turkey to Go for eight includes roast turkey with thyme gravy and a mushroom-brioche stuffing, garlic mashed potatoes, orange-almond squash, olive medley and cranberry-ginger compote, plus pumpkin-pecan crunch. Cost is $120, $40 more to include ham. Meals for one are available for $15. Call 732-0077 by Nov. 23.

Kahala Mandarin Oriental: Dinner for four to six includes maple-glazed sweet potato, artichokes and mushroom salad, mashed potatoes, ciabatta bread, cranberry sauce, pumpkin pie and roast turkey with chestnut stuffing and gravy. Turkey may be picked up ready to serve; no reheating necessary. Cost is $120. Reservations by noon Nov. 24 with pickup from 3 to 7 p.m. that day or 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thanksgiving. Call 739-8742.

Radisson Waikiki Prince Kuhio: "Turkey on the Run" dinner for six to eight includes 12- to 14-pound turkey, Portuguese sausage-taro-sage stuffing, gravy, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, fresh cranberry relish, onion sweet rolls, seafood chowder, Okinawan sweet potatoes and apple or pumpkin pie. » Brunch at Naupaka Terrace, 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., includes Kona coffee-glazed Okinawan sweet potatoes, roast chicken with Portuguese sausage and polenta, steamed clams Proven¨al, roast pork loin, crispy fried moi, prime rib and omelet station. Dinner buffet, 5 to 9 p.m., includes seared ahi salad, smoked salmon, maple-glazed ham, five-spice lamb chops, seafood jambalaya, kabocha pumpkin soup and prime rib. Cost of either buffet is $42, $21 children.

» Azul Restaurant prix-fixe dinner includes quail stuffed with cranberries and chestnuts, turkey Wellington with portabella mushroom and duckling foie gras. Seatings begin at 6 p.m. Cost is $70.

L'Uraku: Four-course lunch includes entree choice of shrimp tempura, roast turkey with takana stuffing or pan-seared papio. Cost is $25 to $27, depending on choice. Five-course dinner includes choice of turkey, Kauai shrimp and scallops or braised lamb shank. Cost is $39 to $42. Call 955-0552.

Sansei Steak House: Four-course dinner, 5:30 to 10 p.m., includes appetizer choice of black and blue ahi, oysters Rockefeller or crab cakes; choice of smoked duck with Granny Smith apple salad, pumpkin soup or Kahuku corn chowder; entree of turkey breast or ham; and dessert. » Princess Food Court three-course meal, 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., includes pumpkin bisque, turkey and fixings. Cost is $12.95.
