Dietician speaks on long-term healthGeorge Eisman, a registered dietitian, will speak on foods and their impact on long-term health, 7 p.m. Saturday at McCoy Pavilion, Ala Moana Beach Park.Eisman created the nation's first accredited program in vegetarian studies and wrote the book "The Most Noble Diet." He teaches the VEGEDINE Home-Study Course in Vegetarian and Vegan Nutrition. His talk will cover understanding food labels, evaluating your diet and sorting out conflicting information on nutrition.
