Prevention, prevention, prevention. Educating people about drugs is needed, but we need to get to the root cause of the problem and give people an alternative to taking drugs that is more exciting and more rewarding than drugs.

What can the Legislature do to improve Oahu's traffic congestion?

We must focus on empowering our communities to solve Oahu's traffic congestion. The communities will find ways to determine the quality of their lives, including transportation issues. Mass transit should be an option.
