What would you do to combat the state's crystal methamphetamine abuse epidemic?

Deterrence and early detection. Random testing both in private and government sector. A policy of drug-free work environment.

What can the Legislature do to improve Oahu's traffic congestion?

Permanent structure such as tunnels, rapid transit, ferry, etc., that is back by money. Plans are no good without money.
