We need to provide law enforcement with the tools necessary to protect our citizens and imprison drug offenders, while providing funding for treatment and prevention.

What can the Legislature do to improve Oahu's traffic congestion?

Try utilizing creative and innovative alternatives for possible solutions. The Nimitz Highway contra-flow project is one example of how trying something different can eliminate minutes off of traffic commutes. Developing an efficient mass transit system could also help to alleviate traffic congestion.
