Ben Wong of "Hawaii Goes Fishing" on OC16 says there's a reason Frank Goto would stand on the stairs as he oversaw the United Fishing Agency fish auction at Kakaako daily for the past few decades. When the agency moved out of the old facility to Pier 38, some of the guys cut part of the steel stairway off, put it on wheels and moved it to the new facility.
