MEET THE ZANETTES!: Zanuck Lindsey, left, was joined, from left, by Vene Marie, Sunway, and Marlene Baldueza for a spirited rendition of "Kiss" at The W on Thursday. Greg Sardinha, right, sat in on acoustic steel guitar and Calvin Kaya played electric violin. Sunway was Lindsey's official guest performer, but Vene Marie took over on a Led Zeppelin classic and Gary Aiko sang "The Sand and the Sea" and "Besame Mucho." Lindsey will have new guests with him at the W on Thursday.

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY, DHT!: Larry Paxton congratulated Diamond Head Theatre Managing Director Deena Dray while DHT staff members and caterers served cake and soft drinks to the audience during intermission at the opening of "Anything Goes" on Friday. DHT's high-energy staging of the Broadway classic opens its 90th season. DHT traces its roots back to a group that first performed in the Honolulu Opera House. It is now the third-oldest continuously operating theatre in the U.S.

AT LAST!: John Rampage, left, and "Anything Goes" cast members Elizabeth Harrison, Randl Ask, second from right, and Andrew Sakaguchi let loose after spending an hour in Waikiki gridlock en route to the cast party at Nick's Fishmarket. The Ala Wai had been closed, so all Ewa-bound traffic had to use one lane on Kuhio.

BRAVO, MARIKO!: Mariko Lyons, seated right, shared a quiet table with her husband, Joe, as they celebrated her DHT debut in "Anything Goes" at the cast party. Swavek, left, Mamiko Ando, and cast member Mikel J. Humerickhouse also congratulated Mariko on her performance.

MIX-MASTERS: John Heckathorn, right, joined famed mixologist Dean DeGroff behind the bar in the Lewers Lounge at the Halekulani while DeGroff was serving special fresh fruit cocktails to a small group of VIPs on Wednesday. Heckathorn said later that he'd been mixing basic cocktails at the age of 10.
