MTV's Rock The Vote sponsored a voter registration drive at Kapiolani Park Bandstand yesterday. Also, bands performed for the people in the park. Kara Kelai, the lead singer for the band "Vertical Charles," joined Melanie Azama on rhythm guitar and Sal St. Germain on bass on the stage.
