The Japanese Cultural Center of Hawaii honored four community leaders last night at its "Celebration of Lifetime Achievement" dinner at the Hilton Hawaiian Village. One of the honorees, former state Transportation Director Fujio Matsuda, left, chatted with former Gov. George Ariyoshi. Other honorees include Dr. Albert Miyasato, Joanne Ninomiya and Ryozo Sakai.
