Woodworkers
show their best


Pat Kramer's "Maternal Love" sculpture of Norfolk Island Pine took the Best of Show title in Hawaii's Woodshow 2004, on view through Sunday at the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center.

Hours of the Hawaii Forest Industry Association's 12th annual fine woodworking exhibition are noon to 10 p.m. through Saturday, and noon to 6 p.m. Sunday. The juried event aims to showcase the talent of Hawaii's woodworkers and cultivate an appreciation for the variety of trees grown in Hawaii.
