I have a bachelor's degree in business administration from Point Loma Nazarene University and have operated a carpet cleaning business for five years. Also, 11 years experience in the travel industry.
What is the most pressing issue facing your district, and what would you do about it?
The "ice" epidemic and crime. I would create community youth-based programs to educate, prevent and treat drug abuse.
Do you support or oppose Gov. Linda Lingle's plan to break up the statewide Board of Education? Explain.
I support it because it would empower smaller districts to work with the community while limiting bureaucracy.
