Makalea's Willy Wonka sat in Bill Hillyard's lap yesterday at the 142nd All Breed Dog Show, held at the Blaisdell Exhibition Hall. The dog, of the Chinese Crested breed, is hairless except for tufts on his head, ears, toes and tail.
