Annual Greek Festival
at McCoy Pavilion

People joined hands and learned Greek dance in the auditorium at McCoy Pavilion in Ala Moana Beach Park during the 24th Annual Greek Festival, held yesterday. Dance lessons, music, food and crafts were all part of the festivities.

George Theofanis uncorked a bottle of retsina, a Greek wine made with pine resin, yesterday during the 24th Annual Greek Festival. The busy bar also offered the anise-flavored ouzo, Boutari red and white wines as well as the Greek beer Mythos. Pictured in the background is fellow bartender Fred Chang.

Chris Papadinoff worked a table offering artwork featuring Greek Orthodox iconography. The items are also available at Sacred Treasures, located on the basement level of the Sts. Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Cathedral of the Pacific.
