Auctioneer Wayne Higashi held the bell that started auctioning at the new location of United Fishing Agency yesterday. The honor of ringing the bell was given to manager Frank Goto. The fish auction moved to the state's "fishing village" at Pier 38 after 25 years at Kewalo Basin.
