Burton, who toured with Elvis from 1969 until Elvis's death in 1977, said that the 1973 show in Blaisdell Arena was one of his all-time favorites "... and Elvis was really up for it, too." Scott brought a vinyl copy of one of Burton's solo albums to the show and was delighted to get Burton's autograph.

A TRUE FAN AND A STAR PERFORMER: Myrna Smith of the Sweet Inspirations had changed into something comfortable by the time she signed Scott Fisher's souvenir program backstage after the show. Fisher had flown out from Oregon to see "Elvis the Concert" for the 15th time. Smith, who worked with Elvis from 1969 until his death, just about stole the show Sunday with her charismatic high-energy performance.

H-UNIT AND FRIENDS: H-Unit Halla, left, Trina Orta, Lauren New and Tracie Fukunaga partied long past midnight as "Provide Soul Lounge" featured a multi-media performance by Noxious, and a powerful set by Emric, DJ Syze and Hao. Pure rap/hip hop events can be a hard sell in Honolulu but this one drew a good crowd.
