Dine with wineThe Bay Club at Maui's Kapalua Bay Hotel is hosting a five-course meal featuring the wines of Domaine Serene, 6:30 p.m. Friday.The menu: Green and White Ying Yang Asparagus Soup (with Cote Sud Vineyard Chardonnay 2000), Sauteed Island Opakapaka with Komohana Vegetable (Mark Bradford Vineyard Pinot Noir 1999), Radicchio Basket with Seared Aku Poke and Spicy Local Bean Bundle ("Evenstad Reserve" Vineyard Pinot Noir 2000), Seared New York with Tiger Prawn and Quail Egg (Rockblock Syrah, Seven Hills Vineyard 2000) and dessert of Peaches and Wine with Zobaione.
