>> The Queen's Medical Center has appointed Lindsey Carry as its Women's Health Center director. She will be responsible for overseeing the design, program and marketing development, staffing and overall implementation of the new center, which opens this fall. She most recently served as manager of patient relations, volunteer services and the gift shop manager at Queen's.

>> Loomis-ISC has promoted Phyllis S.K. Look to client services director. She will be responsible for supervising the client service team and overseeing the agency's broadcast production work. She has been with the company six years in client service and broadcast production.

>> Grubb & Ellis CBI has promoted Hugh C. Damon to managing director. He will be responsible for investment sales and leasing. He has more than 18 years of experience in commercial real estate.

>> Obun Hawaii Group has promoted two employees and hired a new worker. Tetsuo Imahori has been promoted to Japanese print and creative sales manager. He joined the company in January 2000 as an account executive. Kory Kuhns has been promoted to electronic prepress manager. He joined the company in June 1994 as a press helper. Dean Hayashida has been hired as an account executive. He will be responsible for overseeing advertising accounts in the company's local publications.

>> Hawaiian Electric Co. has appointed Tayne Sekimura financial vice president. She joined the company in 1991. She most recently served as corporate and property accounting director. She replaces Rick von Gnechten, who will relocate to North Carolina.

>> Hawaii Pacific Federal Credit Union has promoted Uilani Keliikoa to Pearlridge branch manager. She will be responsible for branch management, recruiting new businesses and members, and enhancing relationships with existing business partners. She previously worked for Wells Fargo Financial as Dillingham branch assistant manager.

>> Bank of Hawaii has appointed three employees to senior management positions. Neal Hocklander has been designated vice chairman of information, operations and human services. He will be responsible for overseeing all human resources-related activities, technology, service and operations. He joined the bank in 2000 as executive vice president. He previously worked as vice president of international human resources for Kelly Services.

Jean Hamakawa has been promoted to executive vice president and human resources manager. She joined the company in 1989 as a manager within the human resources division. She previously worked for Hewlett Packard and Mentor Graphics Corp.

Derek Baughman has been promoted to senior vice president and technology director. He will be responsible for managing the company's technology services and will continue to oversee all computer operations. He joined the company in 1995 as an information technologist.

>> The Kohala Center has appointed Roberta F. Chu to its board of directors. She is currently a Bank of Hawaii senior vice president and Hawaii Island Commercial Banking Center manager. She previously served as Hawaii Planing Mill Ltd. finance director.

>> The National Client Protection Organization has appointed Carole R. Richelieu as president. She is the Lawyers' Fund For Client Protection fund administrator.
