Officials needed for volleyball

The Oahu Independent Volleyball Officials Association and the 50th State Affiliate Board of Officials are looking for people interested in officiating high school and collegiate volleyball.

The OIVOA is a group of officials which meets in the summertime to discuss rules, mechanics and philosophy. New officials interested in learning from veteran officials can contact Pat Akana at 523-9416 or e-mail oiavolleyball@yahoo.com .

The 50th State Affiliate Board is looking for people -- including former players -- interested in becoming certified line judges for collegiate play. Training will be provided. Contact Wayne Lee at 525-5029.
