Isle worshippers gathered at the Waikiki Shell last night for the second of four nights of song, worship and fellowship during the 2004 Harvest Festival. The event includes a youth Summerfest, featuring demonstrations of motocross bicycling and skateboarding, to be held 2 to 5:30 p.m. today at Kapiolani Park.

The annual Taste of Honolulu, which benefits Easter Seals Hawaii, kicked off last night in Skygate Park on the grounds surrounding Honolulu Hale. Race Skelton, left, enjoyed some ribs along with Mahana Chang and Kili Chang. The event continues today from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and tomorrow from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Admission is $3, and scrips are sold for food purchases.
