Ala Moana Hotel: Plantation Cafe brunch buffet includes king crab legs, oysters and shrimp on ice; Furikake-Crusted Salmon, Oriental-Style Pork Spare Ribs, Italian-Style Oxtail Stew, prime rib and baked ham; plus Belgian waffle and omelet stations. Diamond Head Grill & Market: Dad's Day feast to go serves eight and includes Slow Cooked Beef Pot Roast, Roasted Tarragon Chicken, poke and shrimp platter, Caesar Salad, Lemon-Thyme Roasted Root Vegetables, Caramelized Leek Mashed Potato, olive bread and pecan pie. L'Uraku: Fixed-price lunch menu includes Soft Shell Crab Tempura, Ocean-Raised Moi "In A Pouch" and entree choice of jumbo shrimp, rib-eye steak or sea bass. Cost is $27 to $28, depending on entree choice. Dinner menu: Manila Clam & Foie Gras, Soft Shell Crab Tempura, Mini Osso Bucco & Daikon "Nitsuke," and entree choice of sea bass, filet mignon or seared scallop. Cost is $39 to $43. Who Cut the Cheese?: The Maui cheese shop offers a tasting of bleu cheese from France, Spain, Italy and the United States, 1 to 3 p.m. next Sunday (Father's Day) at Spago at the Four Seasons Wailea.
