Entertainer’s memorial
set at Outrigger Waikiki


Gilbert Francis Lani "Zulu" Kauhi, an entertainer who played a detective in "Hawaii Five-0," will be remembered in services 10 a.m. Saturday oceanside of the Outrigger Waikiki Hotel.

Duke's Canoe Club will host a celebration with food and Hawaiian entertainment on the lower lanai from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday.

Kauhi, 66, of Keaau, Hawaii, died May 3 in Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Hilo.

He is survived by mother Emma K. and brother Allen.

Scattering of ashes at sea is to follow the service.
