Growth principles
need smoothing

If you're tired of the hype, temporary motivation, and lack of applicable coaching that comes from even the best personal and business development programs, I have good news for you. There is a way you can bridge this implementation gap literally overnight.

It's what's called "success by science," and when done right, it can accelerate your personal performance improvements by nine to 12 months right out of the gate.

The process requires carefully selecting a short list of proven growth principles you think will help boost your business performance and profits. Once you have that list prioritized, you can start with the first principle and turn it into an action-based strategy by molding the general concept to match what we call your "natural style."

In a moment, I'll let you in on two key components that are crucial for making the conversion process go smoothly. But first, I'm going to share an analogy to show how important this adaptation process is to making your business growth both rapid and secure.

If you've ever had a new key cut for your house, you know that the first thing that a locksmith does is select the proper blank key for the type of lock that you're using. Next he takes that blank and cuts it so that it matches the unique tumbler in your lock. Finally, the newly cut key is put under a high-speed brush to remove any burrs that would prevent it from working smoothly.

How does this apply to successful business ownership?

Picture your business as a house. Imagine there are 12 rooms in the house that represent the 12 critical areas of focus necessary for successful business ownership. The keys for unlocking each of the doors are the proven success principles and time-tested tactics that create a highly profitable business.

Now picture in your hand a ring full of uncut keys. They're blank because the success principles you have in hand are either general broad-based concepts you've learned, or they're strategies that have worked for another owner in another type of industry.

The only way to cut the keys to your lock is to adapt them to work with your unique style.

Two simple scientific assessments are designed to work in the real world of the average small-business owner. The right scientific assessments will help you identify two aspects of your natural style:

1) How you intuitively act/behave in order to get things done.

2) Why you do what you do, and how you're best motivated to get things done.

Once you identify these two aspects of human performance, you can combine them with your personal passion, life experience, education and ethical values to define your natural style.

You can choose strategies that align with your natural style. You'll learn to create momentum by adapting and applying those strategies to improve your business and life.
