Hugh Jackman: Plays a monster hunter, the lead role in "Van Helsing."

"New York Minute": In their first big-screen venture since they became teenagers, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen sneak off to Manhattan from Long Island, getting into trouble and outrunning a truant officer (Eugene Levy). The two play adversarial twins -- one's a meticulously prepared overachiever, the other's a punk rock rebel -- but who's who? (PG)

"Van Helsing": This multimillion, F/X-heavy movie from Universal is about an emotionally conflicted 19th-century monster hunter (Hugh Jackman) who fights the studio's horror icons, namely Count Dracula, Frankenstein's monster and the Wolf Man. Director Stephen Sommers (both "The Mummy" movies) has said that in addition to being an epic adventure, the film offers up romance between Van Helsing and a vampire huntress played by Kate Beckinsale ("Underworld"). (PG-13)
