Three men were in a barrel at Ala Moana Bowls yesterday. The first large south swell of the summer season peaked yesterday with epic conditions. Wave heights should slowly decline today and throughout the rest of the week.
PAGODA'S PRISTINE POND
The Pagoda Hotel and Restaurant in Honolulu has a large pond that is home to 1,000 koi and 10 large ulua. Parts of the pond floor are cleaned every day. Rhonda Suka took a break yesterday while a large ulua passed her equipment.
