The last two days for senior citizens to receive a free Kupuna ID are April 29 and May 4.
The state Department of the Attorney General and several other agencies formed the Kupuna ID Project to help elderly adults who may become disoriented, sick or lost by providing them with an identification card that includes their photo, name and emergency contact information.
Seniors can go to the following locations to obtain a card:
Thursday, April 29, 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Wahiawa District Park;
Tuesday, May 4, 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Koko Head District Park.
