Restaurants help family
3660 on the Rise and Side Street Inn are co-hosting a fund-raiser in support of the family of 3660 employee Blaine Nakamura, who died Feb. 11.
All proceeds from a 6 p.m. keg party April 6 will go to the Nakamura family.
The menu: kalua pig spring rolls, chicken fajitas, meatballs with teriyaki sauce, assorted sausages and chow mein.
Live music will be provided by Katt Daddy. Cost is $10.

Try hotel's popular dishes
The Mandarin Oriental hotel chain has polled its 18 sites to identify the six most popular dishes worldwide. The dishes are available at the Plumeria Beach Café at the Kahala Mandarin Oriental on the "Flavors of the Mandarin Oriental" menu.
The dishes include familiar wonton noodles and Pad Thai, as well as Shrimp Laksa (noodles in coconut-flavored soup with seafood, chicken and quail eggs), Hainan Chicken Rice (chicken seasoned with ginger, lemongrass and sesame oil), Thom Yam Goong (Thai prawn soup) and Nasi Goreng (fried rice with fried chicken wings and satay).
They are available for lunch and dinner. Call 739-8760.
