The Hawaiian Kennel Clubs hosted an all-breed dog show Saturday at the Blaisdell Center Exhibition Hall. Among those attending was Nani Vierra, who posed with her two Malteses, Wala'au, left, and Manu.

Professional handler Stacia Ohira ran Apache for the judges during the Best of Sporting Group judging competition. The cocker spaniel is owned by Suzanne Pia, of Kauai.

4-year-old Taylor Odagiri hugged her grandmother Arlene Odagiri, who was steadying Spice while her husband, Bradley Odagiri, combed the champion miniature poodle.

David Feller and wife Janice Kim gave their Sussex spaniel, Ox, a big congratulatory hug after the dog won Best of Sporting Group. Kim said there are only 900 Sussex spaniels in the world, and Ox is the only one in Hawaii.
