‘Sin City’ rocks on
at ocean club
WE LOVE 'SIN CITY!' Sondra Barker, left, Rhonda Martin, Tobie Carter, and Donna Sallee partied in the VIP section as Russell Tanoue presented the 6th edition of his Piranha Room "Sin City" party at the Ocean Club on Saturday. Tanoue had the club made over with an Egyptian decor in honor of the Luxor Hotel's Club Ra in Las Vegas. DJ Noey and DJ Joy flew in from Vegas to perform.
GREAT PARTY, RUSSELL! Russell Tanoue welcomed Cathy Tanaka to the VIP section as the club filled to capacity. There was reportedly a two-hour wait for people who made the mistake of arriving "fashionably late." Malia Song and Jamie Kunisaki looked fabulous in black as they greeted new arrivals with mini-shots of Courvoisier.
CHRIS KNOWS HOW TO PARTY! Chris Veatch enjoyed the Club Ra/"Sin City" vibe with "Zana," Joanna Kim and Daisy Menor. Other high profile VIP partiers were 104.3 XME morning drive guy Hawaiian Ryan, Jennifer Vo, Jason Ulep, Dirk Fukushima and Sulan Granger. "Sin City" will continue with a "bonus edition" saluting Club Rain with guests DJ R.O.B. and DJ Frankie on March 27.
