>> A telephone number to report whales or other marine mammals entangled in fishing gear or stranded on a beach is 888-256-9840. An incorrect number was given in a story on Page A9 yesterday.>> A planet-forming disk of dust around the star AU Microscopium is 33 light-years away from Earth. A story on Page A3 in yesterday's early edition incorrectly stated that it was 33 million light-years away. Also, the star beta Pictoris is 65 light-years away from Earth. The same story yesterday incorrectly stated that it was 65 million light-years away.
>> A Kauai court hearing for Oahu auto dealer Jimmy Pflueger has been continued to March 18. A story on Page A6 in Thursday's early edition incorrectly said the hearing would be on May 18.
>> An editorial Tuesday incorrectly stated that the state Executive Office on Aging is placed under the Department of Accounting & General Services for administrative purposes. It is administered by the Department of Health.
