>> In a photo caption on Page A3 yesterday, Robert Kupahu was incorrectly identified as Guy Meyers, and Meyers was incorrectly identified as Kupahu.>> The Hawaii Supreme Court overturned a constitutional amendment Tuesday on the ground that the ratification process was flawed. A Page A1 article yesterday incorrectly stated that the court also ruled that there was misinformation regarding the amendment and misconduct by election officials. The court ruled that it was unnecessary to address the allegation of misinformation and misconduct.
>> Democratic presidential candidate U.S. Sen. John Edwards represents North Carolina, not South Carolina as incorrectly reported yesterday in a Page A1 article on the Hawaii caucus.
