H-1 freeway traffic was bumper to bumper yesterday after a dump truck spilled its load in the eastbound lanes near the Kaahumanu Avenue overpass near Pearlridge just past noon. The driver, who was not injured, told fire crews that a tire blew out and the truck jack-knifed. The accident temporarily closed all six lanes. Police later opened one lane and by 2:45 p.m. the road was cleared and all lanes were open.
