A story on Page A3 in yesterday's early edition said incorrectly that he was arrested early Saturday.>> The Hawaii Covering Kids Local Project that allows parents and guardians to sign up their kids for free health insurance through QUEST and Medicaid has been postponed to sometime in April. A story on Page A5 Monday incorrectly said the event would be held Saturday at Hauula Elementary School.
