'Heavenly' Maui

The Westin Maui has debuted its 2004 "Heavenly" packages:

>> Heavenly Honeymoon & Romance: A five-night (minimum) stay includes champagne and strawberries on arrival, lei greeting, daily buffet breakfast for two, dinner for two at the oceanfront restaurant Tropica, a sunset cruise for two, bag of rose petals for a romantic bath, one 50-minute "Couples Cabana Massage," and valet parking daily. Prices start at $2,499 for a garden or golf/mountain view.

>> Family Splash: The special nightly rate starts at $389 per room, and includes a cookies-and-milk welcome, daily breakfast buffet for up to two adults and two kids, lei greeting and the Westin's Keiki Kamp at a two-for-one rate (value of $45).

>> Suite Dreams: Five-night (minimum) stay includes a Spa Helani Lavender Basket, daily continental breakfast for two adults, lei greeting, a 50-minute "Couples Cabana Massage," for two, valet parking and one private lanai dinner for two. Starts at $4,099 (Premier Suite).

>> Destination Dive: Five-night (minimum) stay includes a lei greeting and two 45-minute guided beach dives off Kaanapali Beach per person (up to two) per stay. Beginning divers will get an initial pool lesson also. Additional dives are available. Start at $1,199.

Golf deal extended

Due to the high demand, the Big Island's Waikoloa Beach Marriott has extended its kama'aina Golf Fore-Ever Package through 2004 at 2003 prices.

Two golfers can still stay and play for $124.50 per person, per night, based on double occupancy, or $197 per night for a single golfer. This includes unlimited championship golf at the award-winning Kings or the Beach courses at the resort.

"Unlimited golf" consists of one confirmed tee time per night registered on the package, with same-day repeat playing privileges based on space availability. Golfers also receive a 20 percent discount on golf merchandise, excluding sales items, at the Beach or King's Pro Shops with this package.
