About 160 Wilson Elementary School third- and fourth-graders took part yesterday in Jump Rope for Heart, a benefit for the American Heart Association designed to teach children a lifetime fitness activity. Kaylin Okuma, Shauna Kuroiwa and Jane Yang were among the jumpers.
