>> Rocksford Takamatsu and Thomas Heiden have been appointed to management executives at Hawaiiana Manage- ment Co. Takamatsu comes to the firm from Equity Properties Inc. in Aiea and worked for more than 18 years as a title examiner for title insurance and escrow companies, and as a financial reporter for West Coast business publications. Heiden previously worked at the Estate of James Campbell, where he served as agriculture and natural resources administrator for the estate's Ewa and Kunia lands. He has 25 years of real estate and hotel management.

>> Dean Hirabayashi of A&B Properties Inc. has been installed as 2004 Certified Commercial Investment Member Institute Hawaii Chapter president.
