Trojans jump
2 spots in SB poll
Mililani made the boldest move in the Star-Bulletin's top 10 basketball writers' poll.
The Trojans moved from No. 5 to No. 3 after victories over Radford and Aiea.
Kalaheo, meanwhile, dropped from No. 3 to No. 5 after a loss to Kaimuki, which entered the poll at No. 10.
No. 9 Waimea is the only other new team in the poll. The Kauai Interscholastic Federation first-round champion Menehunes defeated rival Kauai for the second time this year last week.
Two teams that entered the poll last week in a tie at No. 10 fell back out -- Nanakuli (5-1) and Radford (4-2).
Baldwin (4-0), ranked ninth last week, also didn't get enough votes to crack the top 10 this time.
Three ILH teams remained in the same spots -- No. 1 Iolani, No. 2 Punahou and No. 4 Kamehameha.
Big Island Interscholastic Federation front-runner Kealakehe kept its No. 8 spot, while No. 6 Maui and No. 7 Kahuku switched places.
