COURTESY OF CARLOS WEBER
The 11-foot SpongeBob SquarePants sculpture built by Lanikai resident Carlos Weber toppled over Wednesday morning. The sculpture succumbed to high winds, but not before doing quite a dance between the palm trees, according to Weber. His first sculpture of the Nickelodeon cartoon character was stolen from the Aalapapa Drive home in May. This second sculpture went up on Halloween.
