BRAVO!: Dramatic soprano Deborah Voigt and maestro Samuel Wong relaxed backstage after her superb performance with the Honolulu Symphony in the Blaisdell Concert Hall on Friday. Voigt displayed her elegance and power with mesmerizing renditions of Wagner's "Dich Teure Halle" and Strauss's "Four Last Songs" before capping a triple encore with "Someone to Watch Over Me." Her new album will be out this spring.

GOOD "FENG SHUI": Donna Chun, left, Brooke Nakamura and Stephanie L.C. Ching visited "Feng Shui" at Ciao Mein on Saturday. "Feng Shui" is now a weekly event and promoters Justin Yoshino (Partymasters) and Blaise Sato (Architechs) have big plans for it in 2004.

LATER THAT SAME NIGHT: Ocean Club manager Dan Punch talked with Socelyn Ramos, left, local actress Fran Gendrano, Donna Chun and Stephanie L.C. Ching as they enjoyed the late-night vibe at the club early Sunday morning. There'd been lines at the door till well past midnight and a good crowd outside at the Row Bar as well. Ocean Club's super-hot "Piranha Room/Sin City" party resumes with "Tabu" on the 31st.
