>> David Hudson has returned to Hawaii to join American Savings Bank as senior vice president, retail sales and service. He previously worked in the islands for nine years at Bank of America and Honfed Bank. He has more than 20 years of financial services leadership experience and most recently served as process design executive, overseeing strategic change and process improvement initiatives for Bank of America's Consumer Bank.

>> CB Richard Ellis Hawaii Inc. has appointed Pamela R. Wilson to vice president of asset services. She will manage Waikele Center, Stadium Marketplace and Bouganville Center. She also will supervise and train a group of managers specializing in office building management. Prior to joining CB Ellis, she was commercial division vice president for a local commercial property management company.

>> Coffee Partners Hawaii, which oversees Starbucks and Jamba Juice, has appointed Aubrey Hord to Maui marketing manager; Teneal Jones to community relations assistant; and Christy Roberts and Deann Fujimoto to marketing assistants. Hord oversees marketing, special events, grand openings and community relations. Jones handles all donation requests, oversees the Jamba Mug Fund-raising program and assists with special events and grand openings.

>> Turtle Bay has added three new executives: Dennis Carhart, associate director of sales; Stacy Keen, director of travel industry sales; and Norman Higashi, director of banquet services. Carhart was previously the director of incentive sales at Grand Wailea. Keen previously worked for American Tours International, Atiners and Classic Custom Vacations. Higashi was previously a food and beverage executive with Outrigger Hotels and Resorts for more than 10 years.

>> American Fast Freight Inc. has appointed Adeline Ramirez as transportation consultant and Randy R. Caravalho as regional sales manager. Ramirez will be responsible for maintaining and selling accounts in the greater Los Angeles basin. She previously worked for Aloha Freight Forwarders, a domestic ocean freight forwarding company serving Hawaii, as an account manager. Caravalho will be located in the company's Southwest regional office of Rancho Dominguez, Calif. He was previously national accounts director with Aloha Freight Forwarders. American Fast Freight services Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

>> Hilton Grand Vacations Co. has promoted former vice president Mark Wang to senior vice president for Hawaii. Hilton Grand Vacations Company is a division of Hilton Hotels Corporation.

>> Hawaii Modular Space Inc. has promoted Robin Coen from executive customer service assistant to operations assistant manager; David Robley from field foreman to operations manager; and Mike Rabang from operations manager to construction manager. Coen was previously at The Law Offices of Gerald K. Kitano; Robley worked for GE Modular as a fleet foreman; and Rabang was a RMA Sales estimator.

On the Board

>> Honolulu dentist Wynn H. Okuda has been elected national chairman of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry's "Give Back a Smile" board of trustees. He also has received the 2003 Rev. Cheng Imm Tan "Outstanding Visionary" Award for his work with the Give Back a Smile program, which assists domestic violence survivors. The Asian Task Force Against Domestic Violence of Massachusetts administers the award.
