Colliers to lease for Royal Hawaiian

Colliers Monroe Friedlander Inc. has been named exclusive leasing agent for the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center, owned by Kamehameha Schools. The center is preparing for Wednesday's opening of the largest restaurant in The Cheesecake Factory chain, with seating for 550 diners.

"Leasing of the center is an integral part of the overall revitalization and redevelopment of the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center," said Susan Todani, acting director of the Kamehameha Schools Development and Planning Division.

The two-year plan includes physical changes as well as focused leasing, marketing, operations and strategic redevelopment, according to a statement. Colliers executives Mark Bratton and Kim Scoggins will develop and implement a leasing plan for the property.
