The rubber-necking season is here, as holiday elves set up hundreds of lights on homes and lawns, causing motorists like Alanna Vance and her father Blake to stop to enjoy the scenery. One of the first displays will be at the Aki home in Pearl City where lights will be switched on at 6 p.m. today.
