Roy Antolin's 58-yard touchdown pass to Shevis Shima gave Baldwin the early lead the Bears would not relinquish on their way to a berth in the semifinals of the Division I tournament against Saint Louis on Friday.
Weylin Costa rushed for 136 yards, but it was Kaluka Maiava's 16-yard run that put the game away for the Bears in the fourth quarter.
The Surfriders made it close as Damien Torres scored his second rushing touchdown of the game to cut the lead to 20-13 with six minutes left in the game, but the Bears' defense kept Kailua from scoring again.
Torres finished with 81 yards rushing and two touchdowns as the Surfriders finished with 166 yards rushing, but managed to complete just one pass for 27 yards the entire game.
