Feeling good on Kauai
Hanalei Colony Resort, a small, intimate resort on Kauai's north shore, has introduced a variety of wellness activities including yoga, massage and free wellness classes.
Group yoga sessions will be offered three mornings a week in the resort's oceanfront Makana room, with individual sessions available by appointment. The 75-minute group session accommodates yoga enthusiasts at all skill levels. The class is $15 per person.
In addition, a free wellness class offered Monday evenings will cover a range of topics such as stress and pain management and reflexology.
Massages will be offered in-room or in a beachside hale, available at $80 for an hour or $120 for 90 minutes.

Dance past midnight
Those looking for late-night entertainment during a Kaanapali stay can now head to Hyatt Regency Maui Resort & Spa, where Spats nightclub has opened in the Spats Trattoria Restaurant.
The club, for those 21 and older, will be open from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. on Saturdays.
