>> A quote on Page A12 Saturday was mistakenly attributed to Terry Kerby, of the Hawaii Undersea Research Laboratory. It should have been attributed to Max Cremer.
>> Katherine Irwin was the principal author of the Oct. 26 "Gathering Place" column, "Drug treatment belongs outside of isle prisons," on Page A12. The byline made it appear that Robert Perkinson and Meda Chesney-Lind, who co-authored the piece, shared equally in the writing with Irwin.
>> At the end of Dave Donnelly's column on Page D2 Tuesday, a description of Pacific 'O manager Greg Butterfield's costume was omitted. He won a prize in Lahaina's Halloween costume contest as a wicked witch.
