Steven O. Bazar, also known as "Mr. Rock & Roll," 61, of Panama City, Fla., formerly of Kapolei, retired vice president of Delcrest Inc. and former president of the Panhandle Writers Guild, died Oct. 4, 2003, at home. He was also a musician, songwriter, poet and artist. He was born in Providence, R.I. He is survived by son Scott, daughter Camile Bazar-Ponder, mother Gladys, sisters Jerilyn Coyne and Carol Banks, companion Margaret "Meg" Ceno and three grandchildren. Eugenio Manzano Cachola, 84, of Kalihi, a retired chief publications officer for Hickam Air Force Base, died Oct. 19, 2003, in St. Francis-Liliha Medical Center. Nelson Etsuo Goto, 63, of Honolulu, a dentist, died Oct. 24, 2003, in the Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Waimea.
